We discovered a frozen sewer line upon arrival (late Friday afternoon) at our cabin in NE Iowa. I called Ness Pumping Service and he arrived within 90 minutes and completely took care of our problem. He was kind, professional and very careful not to cause any backup to the interior of the cabin. We were so appreciative. Highly recommend. Joan B
