James was very personable and performed our maintenance quickly. We have had above average service with Mr. Rooter since moving to Rimrock in 2018. We are advantage plan members and see Mr. Rooter twice a year for plumbing maintenance. Our experience has always been a positive one and James is exceptional. We look forward to seeing him again next year!

  3. Alvie R.

    September 2026

The plumber that gave my estimate was great! He was early and his uniform was clean. I could smell his cologne like he had just left the spa. He was concerned about my breathing and when I told him I have a lung disease the concern on his face was obvious. He was efficient and precise about my need and my Chihuahua Molly liked him and let him pet her. He deserves an at a boy. Because of him my experience was to be commended.

    Response from the owner

Hi Alvie, thank you for your wonderful five star review. We are glad our plumber arrived early, presented himself professionally, and took the time to understand your needs with care and precision. It is great to hear that Molly approved of him too. Thank you for choosing Mr. Rooter Plumbing, and we look forward to serving you again in the future.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

This branch covers a wide area and named technicians appear throughout. Nancy describes a clogged septic tank cleared quickly, and Kathryn describes a laundry to bathtub line fixed in a 127 year old house. Several accounts describe repeat use over years. David describes above average service since moving to Rimrock in 2018, and Melissa describes a second call where a vent needed replacing and a line needed clearing. Every account here is positive and the range is broad. Bali describes an emergency attended quickly and a camera survey of old pipes finding the underlying fault, which is the more thorough version of the same visit.
