Great customer service (Mark) prior to coming to house. Plumber (Dillon)who came fixed the problem within 5 minutes. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience. Highly recommend this company.

My experience with Mr. Rooter plumbing professionals was great. The Technician that assisted me went by the name of Harold. This particular Tech was awesome. He was very attentive to detail. Didn’t miss a beat in terms of his knowledge as to what my situation entailed. My house is 53 years old with the galvanized piping. The drain in one of my bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned out for quite sometime. I knew this guy was in for a difficult job, so I thought! However, it gave him a bit of trouble, but he mastered the problem.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing responded very quickly to my clogged toilet issue and quickly identified the problem as related to root intrusion on the sewer connection. The technician located the cleanout in the yard and established flow. Thanks a lot, Mr. Rooter!!
