The Technician, Cam, was very friendly. He answered all my questions and explained what he was going to do for me and what my cost would be.

The pro, Cam, was very friendly, professional, really knew what he was doing, and I would be glad to have his service again! He repaired my problem in a timely manner, cleaned up n acted like a real professional! I was very pleased with Mr. Rooter in general, from Miranda who scheduled the appt. and i think her name was Tasha who did the follow up call! All very polite n professional! I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who is looking for these services!
