    Had Mr. Rooter out last November to repair a clogged sewer line. They initially quoted me 2 prices one coming at the problem from inside the house and the other from the outside. I chose the inside one. They stated they could not get to the problem from the inside then charged me to do the job from the outside. Then 8 months later the sewer was clogged again. I explained the problem had to be where they did the work before due to the clog was after all the inside pipes connected to go out.

    Omg... I am so very happy with my experience with Mr. Rooter. After having Hollisters plumbing company reject to help us twice, it was wonderful to find a company that is not only affordable but friendly and willing help. I will most definitely recommend them to people in the future.

    DO NOT HIRE OR CALL!!!! We called this “company” to help with issues we had back in June. They showed up completely misdiagnosed the problem the first time and charged us in full for work that was never done or even really started. No materials stated were ever used or even brought on site for the first job. Digging a random hole or 2 and tearing up our yard doesn’t count in this case. I didn’t find out about them running up our bill until a day later. I myself was at work trying to deal with my wife and the “supervisor” of this circus they run to fix a serious problem we were having.

After this reversal you requested a refund which would have created a scenario where you were actually paid for the work done. Please stick to facts for accuracy All work was completed under contract but no company can work for free or pay their customers.

    If I could give this zero stars I would. Mr Rooters took advantage of my grandparents and charged them over 4,000 for NOTHING. Not even a temporary fix. Told them they need to spend another few grand if they want it fixed. Ruined their carpet when they were “inspecting the issue” Tried multiple times to talk to customer support and have gotten written off or hung up on. I’m shocked this is still a business.

    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY?!? 1 would give a ZERO STAR if I could. Hired them to do a job that was not even completed. They dug a hole and never fixed a pipe nor find the pipe. Or put the clean out drain like they stated either. Our yard is a mess and nothing was even accomplished. THEY charged us 5700 for random digging. Then they tried to come in with another contract and ask 10,900 to try and fix it the second time. Luckily they never stepped foot on our property for that one. We had also canceled both contracts in time but according to them we didn't.
