I can’t remember if I completed this already(!), but I do know that I can’t say enough about K.C. and our experience working with him. He is always pleasant, polite, and professional. He is a trusted member of our family who has done so much work on our plumbing. We have had other Mr. Rooter plumbers come when K.C. wasn’t available. All have been great. K.C. installed grab bars and handheld showers as my husband had a stroke and was being discharged from the hospital. We are grateful to K.C. for doing the work in his usual efficient and professional manner so my husband could be safe.

    Response from the owner

Joyce, our team is like a family so to hear KC is part of your trusted inner circle too speaks volumes! He is caring and efficient

Ruben was prompt, cheerful, and took the time to explain everything. He was very helpful, even doing an extensive review of my existing plumbing to check for any issues. He completely resolved my problem.

    Response from the owner

Gretchen, Jesus is often referred to as a hero! He truly and deeply cares about the best outcome for his customer. It sounds like he performed a plumbing checkup to thoroughly inspect the entire plumbing system!

We had a clogged main drain pipe under the house. Jesus Dominguez came out after hours and cleared it for us. He returned the next day and thoroughly flushed and cleaned the line all the way out to the street. We appreciate him taking care of the problem. He was knowledgeable and professional. Phil from Soquel

    Response from the owner

Phil, a clogged main line can cause some major damage if not dealt with properly! I am happy to hear Jesus got you flowing properly in no time!
