Words can only express the complete workmanship of this company. I would like to send a shout out to Chris and Zac for all the work they did installing a new water system and fighting for me, the homeowner with Charlotte County about putting the meter in the wrong place. Guess What! Chris won! Most companies would fold BUT MR. ROOTER DID NOT! 10 stars for this Company!

    Response from the owner

Rita, your feedback truly means a lot. We’re grateful for your detailed account and so glad our team could see your project through despite the challenges with the meter installation. Thank you for highlighting the effort and professionalism that went into your new water system and for recognizing how persistent our team was on your behalf. We appreciate you choosing Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Fort Myers and giving us such high praise.

Local Ground

Around Fort Myers, the main drain-field limit is a high water table: the saturated zone sits too close to the surface for a conventional field. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Fort Myers city page for the full soil profile.
