The best plumbers in the state of Arkansas! I cannot say enough great things about Tanner and his Brother. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. I have found "THE" plumbing company that is no match to any other company here in North West Arkansas. They stand above the rest with their courtesy, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile to help the customer. I would most definitely recommend Mr. Rooter for anyone and everyone that has plumbing issues. Thank you to all the crew that works at Mr. Rooter and especially for Tanner and his Brother.

Told me a I need a new sewer line because mine was old and made of orangeburg. It was not, in fact, made of orangeburg. It was cast iron. They unplugged it then gave a high quote to replace a line they either lied about or weren't knowledgeable enough to even identify. This is what they do, so there's no way they couldn't identify it. They also wanted to redo all my plumbing. Such a scam. Use a local, reputable company.

    Response from the owner

Please reach out to us at 479-469-1874 so we can address the issues you’ve raised and work to find a resolution. We strive to provide quality service and want to ensure your satisfaction with our work. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Fayetteville Team
