  1. Susan S.

    September 2026

Called. Prompt response and service. Had a leaky toilet. Terry gave us options and Keith and I chose to replace the toilet vs. repairing the old one. Very pleased with purchase. The seat is higher the flushing mechanism is better and the lid lowers on its own, slowly.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much, Susan, for sharing your experience! We’re glad Terry could provide you with clear options and that you and Keith are happy with your new toilet. It’s great to hear the new features are making a difference in your comfort. We truly appreciate your business and your thoughtful feedback. If you ever need anything else, Mr. Rooter Plumbing is always here to help!

Colby provided outstanding service from start to finish. He carefully assessed the problem, walked me through the solution, and gave a transparent quote. He showed up exactly when promised, put in an incredible day of hard manual labor, and resolved the issue completely. He is an amazingly dedicated, hardworking professional. Five stars all around!

  5. Rachel S.

    August 2026

Colby got my kitchen sink unclogged quickly and professionally. He answered tons of questions from me about my pipes and prevention of future problems. Also, he kindly asked about my dogs and didn't seem the least bit judgemental about my messy house that's covered in dust and dog hair. I guess it's nowhere near as filthy as the crawlspace where he started his inspection. While this service is expensive, I'm super appreciative of his time and expertise. Thank you, Colby! You deserve a raise.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much, Rachel, for the thoughtful review and for giving a shout-out to Colby! We're glad he could get your kitchen sink flowing again and provide answers to all your questions. It's wonderful to hear that his friendly, respectful approach made the experience even better, including with your dogs and your home. We know plumbing service is an investment, so your appreciation for Colby's professionalism and care means a lot to us. We’ll be sure to let him know your kind words. Thank you for choosing Mr. Rooter Plumbing!
