I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jack! ❤️ My son, who has Down syndrome, was selling lemonade to help save up for a new bike. Jack stopped by, gave him $150, and didn’t even take a cup of lemonade. That simple act of kindness meant more to us than he probably realizes. Truly made my year. Paid for service and delivery person was supposed to drop at my address but dropped it around the corner (which didn't make sense) never got a call or even seen unit. If i didn't call them i wouldn't have known that they dropped off at another location other than where was directed to deliver and Wouldn't deliver another unit to the correct location because they said the other unit disappeared, which isn't my fault. I was left with a event with no unit and had to wait over a week to get my money back. Very disappointing interaction.

I worked with Mark recently to have a septic system inspected for my new home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my and my partner's questions. We walked through details of the system, what was good and what to look out for, and some straightforward improvements I should plan on making over the next few years.
