Zack and Billy were great, I have a very limiting work schedule and they were able to accommodate me like nothing. Very good price and service, I will be a repeat customer for as long as I have the septic system. Also would like to say I ask a million questions just to learn new things and they answered everything like true pros!

I want to thank Miller Septic for repairing our septic system which has been causing us issues for a long time. Other companies have come out and pumped the tank, but never did they actually diagnose what the underlying problem really was. Billy came out and after a bit of digging and inspection, he ascertained what needed to be repaired, so we made arrangements for him to come back out with a helper to repair/replace pipes, which they did a couple of days later, and ever since then our system has performed flawlessly. No slow draining and no more stinky septic smell now.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Kevin, and you are very welcome! We are happy that things are now running smoothly for you and we are here always if you need anything else!

We had a great experience with Miller Septic, especially with our technician, Guillermo. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process as he worked. He also explained how our septic system works and answered all of our questions, which we really appreciated. It’s not often you find someone who takes the time to make sure the customer truly understands everything. Guillermo provided excellent service from start to finish. We will definitely be using Miller Septic again and highly recommend them!

    Response from the owner

Thank you Giselle for the great review! Guillermo is awesome, and we appreciate the kind works. Thank you again for the recommendation!

Been a while since we had a pump out, so we weren't really surprised when things started giving us issues. We called, spoke to a real person, was scheduled for the following day! Chris came to our home, found although the tank wasn't really full, it needed attention. But then he found the lines were blocked. Gave us the option of getting lines cleared to get us fixed now, or do both. We opted for both. So happy with the great service so lacking these days. A day later a hole appeared, wasn't sure if it was related, sent pictures and they sent a tech out the following day to check it.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Debi. Chris is great and we will pass along the kind words!

Before You Call

For a commercial system, a property manager may need to choose between septic pumping and a drain-field repair. One useful phone question is which service matches the symptoms at the property.
