    The first guy came out and canceled without telling us. He just called dispatch and said he couldn’t get up the drive. I just saw the truck at the end of the drive and he left. Dispatch did not call or text or email that there had been a change and I had been waiting for about 45 to 50 minutes from the time I got my email saying he was on his way. An hour later 2 very nice gentleman came with no problems up the driveway. They were done in less than an hour. Chris Blakemore and David Triplet were very knowledgeable and actually took time to apologize for the other man leaving without notice.

    After returning from vacation at 1 AM this morning, we found out our septic tank was backing up. I called This company first thing this morning and they were actually able to come out within an hour and a half to pump our tank! Chris Blackmore and Rodney are true professionals and Chris gave me an inexpensive recommendation to keep my septic tank operating regularly. The job was completed quickly, and I am thoroughly satisfied and elated that my issue was resolved very timely

    Excellent customer service. Quick turn around on fixing issues and explaining what was wrong, what they were going to do to fix it and how to help prevent new issues.
