MHI - Landscaping & Septic Services in Hendersonville, NC

System is in and working. I had a add-on. The workers were on time and worked diligently to complete the task at price quoted. Encouraging and thoughtful customer service, on top of everything else the grass is growing back. Good job!

This is the 2nd Land Clearing Job by MHI. The first job was site unseen. For some reason, I felt I could trust Miles. HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I loved the first job so much that I called him for the second job. Miles simply gets it. Both he and his crew also have great customer service. I will contacting MHI for a third time (land clearing job).

I HIGHLY recommend using MHI for all of your septic installation needs. Miles is professional and responsive. We met with 4 or 5 septic installers for a fairly large project, and miles impressed us more than all of the others. I even called 3 of his references before booking with him. We had several companies who wouldn't even give us a quote or do the work on the steep slope for one of our systems. So his willingness to install ALL of our systems was important to us. His pricing is competitive, and most importantly, his crews do great work.

After many other septic contractors turned the job down I found Miles. He was very polite and professional. He did the job that no one else could do. I was out of state and he communicated with updates along the way. Great job Miles!!

So the crew from MHI showed up on time the day of estimating and service. The estimating ended up being inaccurate in that the pump replacement was undersized for the lift required from the tank to the field. That resulted in an additional charge of $400 for upgrading the pumps. The crew worked all day, and did encounter a clog in the pipe which they repaired for an additional $200 labor charge. They left at the end of the day with a check (my mistake) for the whole job, and promised to tie up the loose ends the next day.
