    I can’t say enough good things about our experience with this company! They are honest, fair and have integrity. They came out on a Saturday to pump our tank and were very friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional. We have multiple properties and I will never use another company for any of our septic needs! Thank you so much Steve and crew! We appreciate you guys so much!

    Metcalf is a company I will never have near my home again. Metcalf did an inspection and filed it with the county. The report does not match the original inspection prior to purchasing my home. Also, after stating our system needed additional repairs they failed to call me back and arrange to have those concerns addressed. I called Metcalf 3 additional times over the a couple of months and failed to return any of my calls. Now, I have received a letter from the county as if I did not thing to address these issues. Beware of this septic company.

    Hi David, I'm sorry you had to get to the point of review with negative feed back. Unfortunately I've been away and I just got some info on your place. So far I do know that your for sale inspection that was done a while back was from another septic company. I think there is just some confusion and I'll get it taken care of for you. Reports can be changed or removed easy. I'll give you a call tomorrow. I'll give the county a call as well. Having the infultrators full of dirt has been coming up more and more at places. Again I apologize for the frustration and not getting the answers you needed while I was away.

    Our septic system was inspected in June and we received an estimate for the repairs in July. We paid the down payment promptly. We haven’t heard anything from this company during the four months since. No response to our phone messages or emails where we’ve been asking to schedule the repairs.
