Sunday morning on a holiday weekend! Of all days to have a full septic tank and clogged filter. Heather answered the phone and was very helpful. She wanted to make sure the 'on-call' person was available. Called me back a couple minutes later to let me know Darnel would be on the way. Since I was not clear on the timing Heather offered to call me when he was about 15 out so I could watch for him. I already had the plastic caps off so he pulled the hoses and dropped one in.

This is a huge shout-out to Scott and Avery. I thought customer service was a dying breed, until I met these two gentleman today. Your company should be so thankful and proud to have the both of these gentleman representing them. We are from Oregon and never had septic in our yard. They took quality time to educate us and kept us in the loop for future care. They both took professional service to the next level. Thank you so much! P.S. We have been using McMullen Septic now for the last two years and each time we have a problem they are fast responding to us and always on time when they say they will be here. Friendly employes good prices and always do the best job. They also have been able to educate us on what was the problem and how to fix that issue. Thank you for that.

We had a major issue at our house with water and stuff coming out of the side of our house pipe. Called McMullen on a Friday before the 4th of July and they were there as soon as they could (the next day due to closing early which I totally understand via the heat and the 4th). Came out figured the issue, completely pumped me out and told me my next steps. We also set up maintained pumps. The tech was very educational and awesome.
