Mayaguez Destape in Mayagüez, PR

Plumbing services are unprofessional. They don’t keep their appointments by not showing up at the time agreed. They where to be at my house in Hormigueros today at 9:00 am and it’s 11:20 and have not shown up and not a simple phone call.

I had a sub-pump installed because I had no way to get sewer service, and I was able to resolve the issue from San Antonio, Texas, thanks to the excellent work team and the owner, William, who is very efficient and responsible. However, I haven't been able to get in touch with him lately, and I need other work done.

I'm still waiting for his call back, and when I tried to contact him several times, he didn't answer. The commitment and professionalism have been lost. What does it cost to say "I can't" or to schedule an appointment? I told him that if he was full, to put me down for a certain day, and he said he would call, but nothing.
