Google Reviews
From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.
Speed under pressure is the theme that comes through most in customer reviews. Several describe tanks that backed up right before a gathering or a workday, with the crew fitting the job in and, in one case, coming out after hours. Myss writes that when the septic backed up the day before a big gathering, the company was able to "get someone out quickly." A technician named Desmond appears in several reviews, credited with walking customers through each step and answering their questions. One customer even describes him retrieving a phone that had fallen into the tank.

Around Wailuku, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Wailuku city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call
An older Maui lot on a cesspool comes down to a choice: treat and rehabilitate what is there, or replace it with a new septic system, and Maui Pumping offers both. If nobody has shown you where the tank sits, ask whether the first visit could pair septic locating with a pump-out.
