Do not trust this company I had a clog and the technician took the porcelain knobs on either side of the toilet. When asked about it, he said he didn’t see them. They were there. He gave me plastic ones to put on. This is my second post because they took it down. Only showing 5 stars On now my toilet moves !!!! Never did before

    Response from the owner

Hi Diana, to clarify, we did not delete your review, the same message was posted across multiple listings and platforms, which may have caused confusion. Our technician found the toilet was already loose, and you requested a quote to repair the rocking. He cleared the clog and offered plastic caps as a courtesy. We also sent a second technician at no charge, who confirmed the toilet was flushing and that the closet bolts were heavily rusted, a sign of prolonged moisture exposure from previously missing caps. If there is anything else we can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Thank you.
