    Unbelievable service! We had an emergency and they came rite away ! The owner Jim and wife showed up followed by Shawn with the pump truck. I really appreciate how they are down to earth people like family or neighbors you can count on! They are the most important people on earth when all your water is backing up all over your house! They did not take advantage of us with the cost. Great people and the only service I will use going forward!

    I was having a fence installed that got moved up by 5 weeks. I needed to get my septic system mapped out immediately. They were able to fit me in the next business day and got here by 8am. Shane showed where the leach lines would be and gave suggestions about where the fence could go. I really appreciate how quick they were and willingness to fit me in their schedule.

    Had a problem getting in touch with them initially to have septic pumped. Eventually was able to set up an appointment. We were out of town the day of the appointment, but were going to be billed for the service. We hadn't heard anything from them so we assumed the job was done. We came home and found someone had kind of scraped the dirt on top of the tank lid but it hadn't been dug out. I understand it had been dry maybe he couldn't dig it up. They could have used my hose to loosen the dirt or at least called us to say they would have to come back.

    Pretty upset with this company I did appreciate they did come quick but told me they didn’t know what this isssue was …. Ended up after I called and paid a plumber to let me know it was the septic … I called another company to take care of this. I mean I would have rather them told me they didn’t want to do the service .

    Shane helped me get on their schedule and was able to get me in for the following week. The day came and the appointment went by. Called the office and they said we are still on the list, he'll be by soon. Shane was a couple hours late, but he got right to work and answered our questions with confidence, inspected the tank, cleaned things up and was on his way. He was here for about 20-25 minutes since it was all ready to get pumped. It's had been hot and dry lately and Shane had to dig out the first few appointments with ground that was extremely hard.

Customers who called with sewage backing up describe a fast response. Fred's emergency brought the owner out to the house, followed by a driver with the pump truck. Jake says the crew found what was causing his backup and resolved it, and he calls it a "Very quick response". Michael needed his system mapped ahead of a fence install and was booked for the next business day, with the crew at his house by 8 AM. They showed him where the leach lines ran and suggested where the fence could go. A customer who signed as G had a broken pipe between the house and the tank diagnosed and repaired in about an hour, working in January snow. Colin had his tank inspected and pumped, and Shane answered his questions with confidence. He says he would recommend the company to anyone who needs a tank pumped.
