    First guy really tried to fix the problem. Second guy the next day didnt want to do anything he just wanted to get paid. So I basically got charged for nothing!!! Had to find another plumber still cant use my water!!! Waste of my damn time and money!!!!! It was a clogged pipe funny how the new plumber service had no problem and didnt charge over 500

    Worthless company have had septic systems leaking. And failed and will not come back to fix and raw sewage is leaking into yard next to house and garden. Owners and receptionist are absolutely no help. I do not recommend and I will be calling bbb and county to see about getting some help. Possibly epa. Our house was a brand new house and septic system. Absolutely nothing has been done to help us and company won’t ever come out. If there was a no star review you guys would receive it. Refuses to honor warranty.

    I recently had to replace my septic system and went with Mars after getting a few bids. Mars wasn’t the lowest, and they weren’t the highest, but I felt the most comfortable with them because John’s experience was clear and stood out when working with him. Of all the professionals I talked to, John was the only one to offer a design that reused part of my current system. He also answered all of my questions and concerns with patience.

    Had a tech come out in October to flush my main clean out line only to have to call & have them come back January for the same thing & pay again. The 2nd tech even said all he did was insert the camera line & everything went through. So he really did nothing but show up 2 hours after I received a text that said he was on his way *UPDATE* The 2nd tech didn't give me NO ESTIMATE!!!! before he did the NO WORK nor afterwards. As I stated to him, I was under the impression that since it was less than 90 days since the 1st visit, this would be free follow-up.

You said you were going to contact the city and have them fix it. The second service professional cleared the clog for you and gave you pricing on fixing the issue in the alley, which caused you to back up. We would be glad to help fix the issue in the alley so you do not have this problem again.

    My sincere thanks to Seth and crew for the excellent service they recently provided in diagnosing and correcting my sewer issues. From my first phone call to my completed project, everyone involved was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Old failed yard trap removed and new clean out installed. Pipes lined with Perma-Liner pipe lining system. Huge job. Awesome work! Great cleanup!Thanks Krissie, Austa, Seth, John and Corey for working hard to get the job done as quickly as possible! I highly recommend Mars Plumbing and HVAC!
