    These people are legitimate thieves robbing customers blind. I called them out for an issue with the aerator motor. They said it would be $250 for emergency visit. I said ok no problem. Guy came out looked at the motor for two minutes and said it’s broken, I don’t have any with me I can come back tomorrow and replace it. I said ok, and he quoted me 1250 to replace. They ended up charging me $552. Said 250 was the emergency fee, and 250 was for an “evaluation”. So all in all had I moved forward, I would’ve ended up paying 1850 for a $400 dollar part plus install.

    had no problems with scheduling or payment even tho I am not an online type. still miss my rotary phone! but when I call for assistance every tech was so understanding and helpful, and the driver/tech Sean f was the best! he explained the process and was very pleasant.

    Stay away from any company owned by Wind River....out of state company buying up the locals, that will not guarantee their work.I have 3 large systems....2 visits out to fix an issue, caused by a company they later purchased and thousands of dollars,system immediately filled right back up.Even though the grease they supposedly cleaned out is still floating in huge chunks and water wont make it to the pumps through lines they supposedly cleaned twice they wont come back out unless I sign a 13000 dollar a year contract. Theyve given me the run around for 2 months.

    Since they merged with this other company it’s been an awful experience. We had a pump scheduled. Tech showed up. My husband went to meet him. Tech was rude, miserable and complaining how he had to open a gate. My husband was outside to help and he just was so rude. After pumping tech accused us of flushing numerous things without any evidence as detailed on website he then tried to sell us more products. When my husband said he was a plumber he changed his tune. Pumping was not complete. Solids left behind and he never backwashed. We complained twice and still no rectification.

    Set up appointment, they never showed up, did not call. Tried many times to reach them. I stayed home from work and prepared the area for this routine task of theirs. These 5 STAR reviews seem FAKE.
