I used this company a couple of weeks ago. We trusted him to pump our tank and left a check for him, while we were at work. My son was here. He collected the check and I'm certain he pumped some of our 1,000 gallon tank, but I don't think he pumped all of it. I know for a fact, he didn't cover it up well. It rained the next 2 days and the tank flooded. Just don't think it should have flooded that quick if he pumped all of it. I feel like we were swindled out of our money. Now, we are right back where we started. I won't use him again and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

9/1/23 Mr McGuire came out (Goat Rock area) due to alarm sounding on my septic. Very quick response time. Super friendly service. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will use them in the future.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

James noted that Mr. Ed arrived the same day he called to service his system and "rectified the issue" on the tank. Mr. McGuire came out promptly after an alarm sounded on Kristi's septic system. For Kenneth, the crew worked quickly to complete the maintenance call and installed tank risers to make future access easier.
