We recently had an issue with our septic pump and called Lutzky for help. From the start, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. While repairing the pump, they discovered another problem that needed attention. Instead of taking shortcuts, they went above and beyond to diagnose and fix everything properly. Scott and his team took the time to explain what was happening, answered all of my questions, and made sure the entire system was working correctly before they left.

Lutzky Contracting did a great job for us. They excavated test-pits for us in forested difficult terrain. They are easy to work with, reliable, and priced right.

Lutzky Contracting is an honest, reliable company. We couldn't be happier! Another local company wanted to charge us more. Thankfully we called Scott. He conducted a thorough inspection of our septic system and developed a project that saved us money. The work was meticulous. Working with Gina and Scott was a pleasant experience for a home improvement we were not anticipating. I highly recommend using them.

Before You Call

For a home sale, the decision is how much of the septic system the inspection should cover. A homeowner can ask whether the inspection will include video of the sewer lines as well as the absorption field and treatment tanks.
