Google Reviews
From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.
Reviewers describe crews that move fast on a backed-up system. Katie wrote that the crew reached the house "within 45 mins" the day after Christmas, located the tank, set a riser, replaced the pipe from the house and pumped the 1,000 gallon tank. Japh called at 7 in the morning about clogged toilets and had a driver at the door by 9. Careful work shows up in the same reviews. Roy's tank was pumped by Andy, who answered his questions and offered suggestions, and Holly writes that after ten years and two other contractors, Losson was the first to drain and clean her tank completely.

Before You Call
Slow drains and gurgling fixtures can mean a tank ready for pumping or a broken line between the house and the tank. Losson pumps and repairs, so the first visit can settle which of the two is actually wrong. Ask when booking whether the driver can locate the tank lids if they have never been dug up.
