    My Septic pump and alarm system failed during a weekend, Longstreet Septic was willing to come out over the weekend and repair. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Years of experience, family owned, very friendly. Highly recommend!

    I needed septic cleaning services for my home and found this company on Google. My initial call went well, and I was given a specific day and time range (8:30 to 9:00 AM) and was told someone needed to be present for insurance purposes, which I completely understood. I took time off work to accommodate the appointment. The morning of the appointment, there was no call or update. After waiting until 11:30 AM, I called twice but was unable to leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full.

    I scheduled an appointment for a tank pump and they said they would arrive between 11-1. Nobody showed and no phone call until 3pm when they said they were running behind and asked to reschedule next day. They said they would arrive by 11am latest. Then when they still hadn't arrived I called again and they said 1230pm. Nobody showed and nobody called. I decided to call another company to have the tank pumped and canceled with Longfellows. I understand when people get busy, but they could have been better at following up with phone calls and times.
