Josh is my guy!!! As a realtor, it is so important that I have reliable references whenever my clients are in need and Josh is at the top of my list providing excellent Customer Service. He’s so timely!! He has helped my clients in crazy jams -And they have all been so impressed with his work and really appreciate his pricing. They feel like he is fair and honest. I’m in a funny situation where I kind of wish I had a plumbing issue so I could call Josh and have him work on my own home, but I haven’t been in that situation.

    Response from the owner

Krystal this is such a nice thoughtful review. Thank you for taking the time & leaving it. Josh is really that great & we couldn’t agree more. Hopefully we can keep him humble after this review.

Joshua had a technician out within a few hours. Paul the technician was exceptional. Honest, transparent and spot on with his diagnosis. I would highly recommend this company.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Suzanne for this saying that! We work really hard on trying to create a stress free experience for our customers so it’s refreshing to hear.

These people came into my home and tried to charge me $450 to replace a shower cartridge! I couldn’t kick them out of my house, fast enough! And their boots were dirty

    Response from the owner

We’re sorry our pricing did not meet your expectations. To clarify for anyone reading, the original quote was $425, and we offered a discount that reduced the written estimate to $400. This included having a licensed and insured plumbing professional diagnose the issue, supply and install the correct shower cartridge, and warranty the work. You declined the estimate, no work was performed, and you were not charged. We also reviewed the concern regarding dirty boots and confirmed that our technician’s boots were clean when entering your home. We take cleanliness and respect for our customers’ property seriously. We understand that not every estimate will meet every customer’s expectations, but we stand behind the professionalism of our team and the value of our service.

I called LocalPro to look at my outside water turn off that had felt wrong at the last use! I don’t know what I had done but within minutes Josh had it taken care of! And did this as a courtesy! I am still amazed at the generosity of this company! And the absolute promptness and kindness of these employees! My neighbor asked where they are located and I was so pleased to refer them! I will let the entire condo community that I live in know! I am impressed beyond words! Thank you again, Josh!

    Response from the owner

Five stars from a great customer! Thank you for your business and your kind support.

BEST PLUMBERS IN TOWN!!! I had to use them twice now - once when I moved in 2023 for emergency repair service to my shower drain and yet again today for a repair to my kitchen sink that developed a leak. Blown away by the quick service, kindness, and shear affordability of this company. I haven’t been disappointed once and will continue to be a customer for life!! Thank you all so much :) Update 8/4/2026: my son flushed a clip-on toilet bowl cleaner and clogged our pipes. I went to search for Local Plumber and found they rebranded to LocalPro - new name but same exceptional service!!!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for being part of our community and for supporting our business.
