8/25 - Corbin and his assistant(I can’t remember his name) were awesome. They were open and honest with me about my issue and said it would cost more for a temporary fix. They could’ve upsold a service and they didn’t. Also, I got stuck at work yesterday and missed my appointment, they were so accommodating and got me scheduled for today even though it was 100% my fault. This company is a great organization and I will for sure call them again. Thanks guys! 9/12/26 - Dennis was awesome, he came in and got right to work and explained everything he was doing.

Had both furnace cleaning and check and air duct cleaning done today. Prompt on time! Corey and Jared were the technicians. Both were great. Very professional and courteous. Did excellent work. Explained everything. No regrets for this company. Customer service and satisfaction are their priority!

It was a ceiling fan replacement. After they were finished it was a job I wouldn't want to do. I was glad to have them do it.

    Response from the owner

Thanks, Edward. A ceiling fan swap is exactly the job that's better in practiced hands, and we're glad ours earned the relief. We appreciate you taking the time!

Our AC went out on the first of a string of days in the high 90’s. I called Lion Service in the morning and chatted with the super easy-to-use AI scheduler. Geoff came out and he was amazing. I received a text and call about 20 mins before he would be there. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. Geoff was efficient, effective, and very personable. He was very low-pressure, just fixing what we needed and not trying to sell us on anything else. The price was less than we expected. We will definitely be using Lion Service again!

    Response from the owner

Thanks for sharing your experience, Katie. It's great to hear that Geoff efficiently diagnosed and repaired your AC during the heat. We look forward to assisting you again with any future home service needs!
