    We had a septic emergency. They responded fast and walked us thru it all. Ended up not being a major issue-thank god. Now they are the only company we use to service our septic and the price was extremely reasonable!

    We had such a great experience with Legacy! We hadn’t had our septic pumped since we bought our house, and when we had an urgent septic issue, Legacy got someone out to us the next morning! Tyler was helpful, friendly and explained everything, and took care of us quickly and efficiently. Not only was service great, but very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Legacy!

    I used Legacy Pumping for the first time today (5/6/2025) and I'm glad I did! Tyler was very knowledgeable & professional! The prior pumping company I used would try to push extra services that I didn't need with scare tactics! Tyler put me at easy that our septic system is in great shape! I highly recommend Tyler and Legacy Pumping!

    Horrible!! 4 hour window showed up 3.5 hrs in the window time frame and said couldn’t do the job because afraid the pump further burn out or damaged due to the slope. Said would be ok if on flat land. Never had issues with previous contractors for years. Said would have to come back. I dug the covers out for them to have it ready. Horrible!

    Hi Jack, we do apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. Unfortunately, the truck that was scheduled to complete your job had an unexpected mechanical failure. One of the bearings on the PTO shaft was overheating and grinding. Putting the pump under heavy strain when your tank was so far down, would have caused the bearing to come apart and the truck would not have been inoperable. We did offer you next day service as I was getting a new bearing the same day and we installed it that night. The trucking industry is extremely unpredictable with mechanical failures and we do all we can to provide our customers with the best customer service possible.
