    We knew for about 2 years that we needed to do something with our septic because the drain field was no longer working. We called another service that starts with "A" and were lied to about reports to the county (you can look those up yourself) and scare tactics about what they would need to do at an exorbitant cost. After much fretting and too long waiting, we decided to try Lee's. They have serviced the area FOREVER. Dale came out and immediately set us at ease. He explained what could be done and what the city/county/state rules are and what the cost would run.

    One star. Extremely disappointed with the septic inspection service. I purchased a home relying on the septic inspection report provided by this company. Just two weeks after moving in, the entire system failed, with backups, flooding, and visible sludge in the drain field. A second inspection by a licensed company revealed the system was severely clogged and the drain field was essentially non-functional. What’s most concerning is that during their so-called “stress test,” their technician did not even open the drain field inspection hatch.

    We preformed the stress test on this system on May 2nd, the owner of the house hired us to preform the inspection for the home sale, we met him there and he had the septic tank lid uncovered for us, it was under a deck but had an access hatch over the main lid, we preformed the stress test through this opening and dosed the system with 120 gallons of water with no rise in water level which meant the system was accepting water and passed the test, the access hatch you are referring to that was not uncovered is irrelevant as the tank is a single compartment tank and the water level is the same in the tank no matter what cover was accessed or tested through. the people you purchased the house from had 2 people living in it, according to the seller you now have 11 people living in a 3 bedroom home. In my opinion this would be what has caused a 60+ year old system to fail in this 3 month time frame.

    I've used Lee's Sanitation 3 times now. The technician has always been Dale whom was always punctual , helpful, and friendly. They have a reasonable price.

    Lee's was AWESOME. The person who came out to pump my septic called me bc my lid was covered by plants and he didn't want to hurt them. We rescheduled, and I got to meet him, watch/learn the process, get tips for maintenance, and a good neighbor discount!
