    So nice to have a company that actually knows what they are doing. Had two companies come to find my septic tank with no luck. Joel able to find the tank in five minutes. My tank was serviced and my drain field rejuvenated. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

    STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Apparently they didn’t like my wife’s one star review where she said they were over priced just trying to be nice. Here’s the full story, on Thursday a week ago I was out of town and our septic tank backed up. My wife called this company and they came out and did possibly the most half way done and expensive job possible. They started out by charging $950 for a “whole home line cleaning” but took her money and ran immediately after she paid, saying they’d come back tomorrow. Meanwhile she can’t use the water or the bathroom in our house.

The customer apparently took an offense and subsequently described our company as " SCAMMERS "However, the statements made don't accurately reflect the services provided or the circumstances of the job. Our prices and services were discussed, and the work performed was based on the conditions found at the property. We take great pride in providing honest, professional service and transparent pricing. With over 900 five-star reviews from satisfied customers, our reputation speaks to the quality of service and professionalism we consistently provide. while we respect everyone's right to share their experience, we believe reviews should accurately represent the services performed. He says Joel was able to "find the tank in five minutes," and the tank was then serviced and the drain field rejuvenated. Angela says the crew cleaned her septic tank on time.
