    I was referred to Mitchell with Lankford Dirt Works LLC by my pastor, and I’m so thankful I was! I originally hired him to fix my gutter drainage to help keep water away from my house. After a huge storm flooded my cellar with water and mud and ruined my furnace, Mitchell went above and beyond to help. He stayed in contact, came out on a Sunday to clear my culverts and locate my cellar drain to the creek, then came back Monday and worked all day.

    If anyone needs work done, I HIGHLY recommend Lankford Dirt Works LLC! We had a unique situation where grading our property to prevent water damage just wasn’t an option- a few other companies I called out couldn’t come up with a viable solution, but Mitch and his crew went above and beyond, and came up with installing a sump pit with plumbing around the home covered by decorative rock. Not only is my home safe from future water damage, but my yard looks absolutely beautiful! His crew was prompt, polite, professional and all around an absolute pleasure to work with!

    We couldn’t be happier with the work Lankford Dirt Works did for us. They replaced our sewer line, regraded our yard to finally fix the water flow issues we had been dealing with for years, and installed downspouts to move water away from our home. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, kept us informed throughout the process, and cleaned up after themselves. It’s hard to find honest people who truly care about doing the job right, but that’s exactly what we got. Highly recommend them to anyone needing drainage work or excavation services!
