    I am very happy with their service. From the initial steps of getting everything setup to the septic tank getting installed. They are very professional and go the extra mile. The crew showed up early to our house and did an amazing job. I will definitely call them back for any septic needs.

    Fabulous Company! We had the septic system inspected prior to selling an off-grid home in Calif. The tank was 65 years old and had to be replaced. They were open about the issues by sending pictures and answering questions. Lawrence was fabulous to work with...even went above and beyond because we didn't have floor plan drawings, so he had his employees fix a drawing we made. They obtained the permits & sent pics of work in progress and completed. Billing office staff was great also. Very responsive. Great work. I highly recommend them.

    From the first person I talked to Gwen, to the driver Lester, I was put at ease with their friendly attitudes. Gwen gave me great advice on what to do in the meantime till they could come and pump our septic tank. They made me feel comfortable in a crappy (hehe) situation. I’m a weirdo and found it fascinating how the cleanup process is done. Lester let me hang out and watch the process. He was quick, friendly and efficient. Thank you for your wonderful customer service and we will definitely be using you again.
