Everyone at this company is just so nice. I usually call at the last minute when a problem comes up and they always help me in a very timely manner to get things back up and running for me and my children or just answer my questions when I’m freaking out and wondering how full my tank is. I highly recommend this company.

I appreciate L E Parsons for coming to service my septic in an emergency and on top of that they were very honest about what was going on. They were also compassionate and understanding to other hardships we were experiencing at the same time as our main drain clog. They did what they needed to do and we are clog free. Thank you for intervening and taking of the clog while we could focus on our father's passing.

    Response from the owner

The team at LE Parson has provided exceptional service over the past several months. We first used them to pump our septic system, and the entire process was quick, easy, and professional. A few weeks later, our septic alarm went off. We called LE Parson, and they responded immediately. They pumped the septic system, diagnosed the problem, and determined that the repair was covered under our home warranty. After the warranty company completed the repair, the alarm went off again about a month later. Once again, LE Parson came out right away and quickly identified that the breaker was tripping.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much we greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve you!
