Took my money and ran like thieves in the night. I have tried numerous times to reach out to them since they collected the deposit and failed to complete the installation, but we have been unsuccessful. Our next step will be taking legal action to recuperate our paid deposit. Buyers beware….

Called Sunday morning around 9am expecting to go to voicemail, and was greeted with a rude I'm assuming owner or someone close to that telling me not to call for just pricing on a Sunday morning. Didn't go anywhere from there since they hung up on me. I see now they have 2 Google searches 1 with business hours and the other has no details except the phone number which is the one I saw. Either way customer service was horrific so never got far enough to get actual septic service.

They do all septic work for every mobile home we have, they are the best hands down! I’ve tried nearly every local septic company and they can’t compete with these guys

Please do not waste your money. This is a known bad apple in the septic business in our area. They came and charged me $450 in cash, of course. They did not do the proper inspection and gave us the wrong inspection report. The seller and buyer of the house had to order 2 separate septic inspections to confirm that this company was wrong and the septic system drainfield does not need to be replaced. We were told by 2 separate septic companies that this KW Services is known in the area to only try to make money by telling people that their septic is not good and need replacement.
