We engaged with King Septic for a consultation on a client's home where my company is completing a home remodeling project. Justin came out to meet myself and others at the property. He thoroughly explained the existing system, and also examined and inspected all system components he could while he was there. He even entered into the high grass and thorns/brush to find a lift station that we could not locate on our own. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The entire experience exceeded my expectations of what I had hoped for.

Highly recommend King Septic! They’ve come out to our house 4 times over the last 6 years, and every single time they’ve been amazing. Always quick to respond, fast to get the issue fixed, and very professional. What I appreciate most is their honesty a year ago they let us know we’d likely need a new pump soon, but never pushed us to replace it since it was still working. Now the time has come, and they got it replaced quickly and had us back up and running in no time. Super kind, reliable, and always do a great job. 1 million percent recommend!

Our home has a very old septic tank, and when it started backing up into our basement, we were faced with an unexpected and stressful home repair. I contacted several companies, but none were able to help. I called Kings on a Friday afternoon. They came out Monday morning to locate the tank and provide an estimate, and returned Tuesday to begin the excavation. The job was not easy. It took considerable time to uncover the tank and complete the cleanup, and the crew worked until nearly 8:00 p.m. Despite the long day, they remained professional and hardworking throughout the entire process.
