Came out quickly and had the problem diagnosed and water moving again right away. Very helpful and explained everything very well. Thank you!

Came out the next day for tank pumping. Been using Kevin for years, reasonably priced, do things different now with the updated equipment no more scraping. I like the backflush capabilities to get all the solids. Andy was showing how the remote control makes for a more efficient pump out. It did speed up the job, in and driving out wasn't much more than 30 minutes. I had the access uncovered. Prompt, very efficient and clean considering the line of work. Recommend them and will be using Kevin and Andy in the future

Andy pumped my septic tank. He removed all the solids and liquids completely. My first time using this company was exceptionally easy. Andy was very professional and knowledgeable. About 10 years ago I lost my drain field from a company that was cheaper. They didn’t pump the tank completely. Now I will never call any other company than Kevin Burns.

Excellent service! Our septic system backed up, and even though he was extremely busy helping other customers, he came out the very next day. He cleaned the filter, helped dig out the lid, and got everything taken care of quickly and professionally. Reliable, hardworking, and highly recommended!

This company is great! Kevin (owner/operator) came out and pumped my septic tank. While here, he shared some tips to help squeeze a few more years out of my failing system. He goes the distance by back washing your tank to break up solids stuck at the bottom and gets everything out. 10/10 will use him again in the future.

Before You Call

For septic tank pumping, one practical decision is how the tank will be accessed before the appointment. A homeowner can ask whether the lid needs to be uncovered before the crew arrives.
