    I cannot say enough good things about this company. They’re knowledgeable, skilled, dependable, willing to go above and beyond to help their customers, and have the equipment to perform a variety of services. I’ve used them for a various projects on different properties, and they’ve always done great work at reasonable prices. On top of all that, they’re just good people. Make Kelly’s your first call.

    I have to be honest, at first the overall price was a gut punch. I think most prices of everything are that way these days though. After gaining all the information and details from Jason and Amy, and seeing Jason’s passion for a not so pleasant job (in my personal opinion🤢) kudos to those guys out there doing the literal dirty work….i was absolutely happy to pay what I did. Not only did Amy help to accommodate as much as she could, Jason went out of his way to find out some important details for us and followed up promptly, so we knew exactly when to call them again.

    We had them come out and try and fix our pipe problem because running our washer or any water would bubble up into our sink, bathtub, toilet and our kitchen sink. They came out and said they fixed our problem but did not, honestly made it worse. Called the next day and told them that I wanted either a refund or someone to come out and actually fix it, three guys came out this time and still just kind of told us the problem instead fixing it and told us that we needed a plumber to do the rest? Finally Allen Hughes came out to actually fix within less hours they did.

    We called for a sewer scope to be done on a Tuesday, they told us we needed to reach out to seller, which they are the ones that is supposed to reach out to begin with. Scope was done on Tuesday but we didn't find out until Wednesday it was actually done. We asked for video and report multiple times and didn’t receive those until Friday afternoon and they didn’t tell us they didn’t do the entire sewer scope until we saw the report 4 days later. We are very disappointed with the outcome and how long it took for them to ever reach back out to us. Wasted 4 / 10 days of our inspection period.

    Just the way I like things. Call and its over with lol. Things started backing up i made a call Amy answered and a few questions and a truck was in my driveway moments later. Steve was a great driver we discussed a few things and set up was underway. Steve was knowledgeable and shared tip and it was pumped and all over. Just in a couple hours of the first call to shaking hands with Steve bye it was pumped paid for and gone. No more issues Thanks Kelly's service I will definitely share your services to those I know that need your services. Jeff Ross
