    They quote you one price on the phone. Arrive and then start hitting you with $200 excavator fees because they're too lazy to dig more than 8 scoops of dirt. Then still have the audacity to charge a service fee when they serviced not a DAMM THING SUE! Sue in the office is has zero customer service skills or ears to even hear what the customer is saying without being rude, then she types a completey different work order out than what the customer stated! Guarantee yoi call, she answers on speaker and then gets rude with the customer saying she cant hear.

    Had an issue with our septic system over the weekend, left a couple of messages and sent a pic of what we thought is wrong Sunday evening. The called 1st thing Monday and we’re at our place in an hour, got it all fixed and we are up and running. Highly recommend them.

    Took a solid week and multiple phone calls just to get scheduled. We had to have our realtor also call since this house was in contract and closing the same week. I scheduled a real estate inspection and pump out (Kelly will not inspect without charging you for a pump out). After the pump they left multiple piles and lines of sewage in the yard from rolling up their hose, flies, the smell and now dead grass all over, this is how they left it!

    We have used Kelly Septic for almost 2 years now for monthly portable restrooms and hand washing stations for our events and public walking/bicycle trails. They have been consistent, professional, and dependable. When we call, they know who we are and they get things done. Our units are always cleaned and stocked by their awesome crew. We didn’t get this level of service from other larger porta-potty companies so it’s a pleasure to work with Kelly Septic!!

    Kelly Septic gave us wonderful and friendly service on our septic tank. Our tank was not draining, and we were able to get quick service to our home. The ladies in the office were very kind and our technician that came out was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable for a service call. We will use them again when needed.
