These guys are absolutely the best. I had a pipe break and they came that day and fixed it for extremely reasonable price. If you go on their website, they actually have coupons that help with the cost. I live in Wrightwood California and have used two other recommended plumbing companies. Keen Is the company that I trust.

    Response from the owner

Thanks so much for your trust; we're delighted we could fix your broken pipe the same day at a reasonable price. We appreciate you mentioning the website coupons and your support in Wrightwood.

Called them, they set up an appointment for an estimate between 12 and 2. As of 2:45, no contact. No phone call, no text saying they were going to be late. I texted them saying it would have been nice to hear from them to let me know they were going to be late. Then and only then did they call and want me to call them back. Typical wrightwood service. After I read your response to my post, you must be mistaken, you either have the wrong address and wrong mobile number. There were two of us waiting for you. We were home the whole time. No phone call, no one came to the door.

    Response from the owner

Judy, we're sorry we weren't able to connect with you. We attempted to reach the phone number provided multiple times, once around 11:30 a.m. while we were on the way, again around 1:30 p.m., and once more after receiving your text around 3:00 p.m. We also came to the property and knocked on the door but received no answer. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, we were unable to make contact. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please feel free to call us anytime at 760-559-6626, and we'd be happy to reschedule your estimate.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and called Keen Plumbing in Wrightwood. Kyle and Kane came and they had the right part already with them. They were very friendly and my dog even liked them. Wallah! Job done! I definitely will call them again

    Response from the owner

David, thanks so much for your kind review; we’re so pleased Kyle and Kane could fix the kitchen sink leak quickly and come prepared with the right part. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to helping again.
