Rude and arrogant.

Response from the owner

Hi Joel, I’m sorry to see this review. I’ve looked through our records and I’m not finding a customer or service call under your name. If you’ve had an experience with our company that we need to address, please give our office a call so I can look into what happened. We’d definitely like the opportunity to get this figured out.

Had to get a new hot water heater. They came out the very next day and got us fixed up. The 2 young men who arrived were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend this business!
