We recently had the pleasure of working with TJ and DJ from John’s Plumbing & Pumps, and I can honestly say the experience was beyond exceptional from start to finish. From the very first phone call and scheduling process, everything was handled professionally, promptly, and with great communication. You can immediately tell this company truly values their customers. TJ and DJ showed up on time, were incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the job. Their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail were absolutely top-notch.

I had them replace my well pump after it failed. They were able to get out quickly. The office staff and the two guys that came out were professional and got the work done quickly. They clearly explained the work that was being done and answered all my questions. Would recommend.

John's Plumbing & Pump Inc. replaced an aged faulty bathtub valve, and came up with a great repair solution and completed the job in a timely manner. Great job!
