    My drainfield has gone bad in the middle of the county installing a sewer system in my neighborhood. I’ve needed septic servicing numerous times over the past 3 years and John by John II has always provided timely service - coming the same day or next day at the latest. The technicians are all very helpful, hardworking, and courteous.

    I am following up with a previous review that I made. My poor review that I left was based on my lack of knowledge on what a septic inspection entails and how long the process takes, along with the report. I will say I was very pleased with the follow up email and text that I received to let me know the report was in. He even asked me to give him a call if I had questions and I did and he was very thorough and explained everything in Lehman terms to help me understand. I also appreciate how quickly they were able to schedule the service.
