    I have had to use septic tanks for 44 years and had many individuals and companies clean my tanks. When Todd cleaned out our tank he did the best job of anyone I have ever had clean out our tank. He was professionally dressed , his truck was clean and he did not leave a mess. Best I have ever had clean my tank, will use him again, and highly recommended.

    Showed up fast (3 days faster than anyone else I called), showed up on time, found a cleanout I didn't even know existed, fixed the problem, gave me some great consulting on another matter, cleaned up and left. A competitor gave me the number for Joe Dirt - said they are the best around - I can't and won't disagree!

    I requested them to empty my septic tank and they didn’t not. Since I was not there, they gave my wife “tips” and left. Then I was charged $241.40. Unbelievable.

    Hi Mr. Casey. Thank you for your review. We did have multiple conversations and I did give you free advise as to what the issue might be. You did however insist that we come out and look in person to see why you were getting sewer odor in your bathroom. Upon arrival, we did check your tanks as requested and it did not need pumping, you can probably go another 2 years before that is necessary. We did check to see what the issue might be, and in fact it was the dry trap as we had discussed on the phone. As for the call out fee and the mileage charge, yes, we do have to charge for our time if we come 54 miles to check out your system and that was disclosed during our multiple conversations. If you had followed the free advise I had given however, the solution would have cost you nothing. Thank you again for calling, we are always here and always try to offer free advise to save our customers money. Thanks again!
