    Thank you, Josh and Kevin, for the excellent service! Josh was one of the only companies who actually answered the phone on a weekend when they were listed as open, and, even better, they actually showed up when they said they would! They also have a convenient text service that confirms your appointment and lets you know when they’re on the way, which was such a nice touch. Kevin provided amazing onsite service, took the time to explain everything to us, and made sure we understood what was going on.

    I called Josh to schedule service as a new customer. He was busy on a job but still answered his phone and promptly called me back as promised. I had an appointment scheduled within a week. I received a courtesy call the day of with ETA which was spot on. Kevin, the service technician, was a pleasure to meet. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything, was neat and thorough. I truly appreciated his honesty and I highly recommend this company! An honest and trustworthy business is hard to come by these days but JMB is the exception!
