We had asked Jim to hydro jet the lines leading out of the d-box, and he not only delivered the service but resourcefully went above and beyond to better reestablish flow in each line. He even treated the system with for root prevention explained that this was necessary maintenance especially for our case. Communication was done in a no-nonsense professional manner. Jim has proven to be a man of his word and clearly takes great care in his work. All the stellar reviews here are no accident and I would gladly recommend him to anyone around me needing septic help.

My husband called one septic company for an issue. They recommended Mr Jim because of the water standing. He came out same day, started the job 2 days later. Jim was very professional and efficient As well as great pricing. We hadn’t had an issue since.

Jim is a step above when it comes to timeliness, attention to detail, communication, and expertise. I will never consider anyone else to take care of my septic issues after having him take care of some repairs and properly fix some half-baked band-aids from previous repair attempts with a different company. He came out first thing in the morning, got started on work and finished within 24-hours after I got the overdue tank pumped. He was very informative and let me know exactly what was wrong and what would resolve it.

Jim arrived at his scheduled time and provided a great, prompt service flagging out my leach lines. Would recommend him to anyone needing any septic work done.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Reviewers describe a range of septic work. Al had the lines leading out of the distribution box hydro jetted, Tyler had his leach lines flagged, and Matt had a septic pump fixed. Kim feared a broken pipe in the drain field and got a diagnosis and a quick clean out instead. Several say Jim responded fast. Carol says he came out the same day, and Brittany says he arrived early on a Saturday. Brad and Kris both describe him correcting earlier repairs, with Kris saying he fixed "half-baked band-aids" left by a different company, and many reviewers add that he explained how the system works and how to maintain it.
