Terrific service! Jim came in the time frame that was expected and got straight to work. Price was reasonable and he performed good quality work. Gave tips on how to maintain a good septic system which was extremely helpful. Honest and all around good person and great experience. I would definitely be using his service again and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

The guy was done in less than 10 mins and didn’t even pump the whole tank out we could still see the water

    Response from the owner

Hello Genoveva, sorry to hear you're unhappy with your service today, the three of you were there when the pumping was completed. It was pumped to the bottom, Mr. Gonzalez was there, and he had no complaint. In response to your review, we were there for 45 minutes to an hour, and the actual pumping is very quick, that many welcome and some do not appreciate.

He told me he cleaned out my septic tank and it got full within 2 months, called another company and they did the digging the pumping the right way and for less than his price...

    Response from the owner

I couldn't find any records under that name. But in response, we try to help the customer understand how septic systems work, and what is usually the solution if a system is failing or being overtaxed. If the leeching area is no longer functioning to the degree needed, a pumping of the septic tank will only buy you some time. The volume pumped from a septic tank will be replaced in a few days with normal usage. If what is beyond the tank, the leech area, is no longer functioning properly or adequately for the home or building, repair to the system is needed. We try to explain this as time permits with all customers.
