    I had a great experience with Jimmy Brittain Septic. They were able to get to me fast and handled my issue with ease. I didn't know where my tank was on this property, they found it right away. They had a long hose to pump out so I didn't have to move anything around. Everyone was respectful, prepared, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

    ok. New to the area in Jackson, Cedar Grove. We have an older house and all the sudden the toilets won't flush and its below freezing last night and also tonight. Jimmy Brittain co. came out very quickly this morning and found the issues, fixed the blockage, gave expert advice on septic tank usage and maintenance and we are back in business. Also, we needed an excavator to uncover the tank. They thought kindly to give us a discount on the machinery because another house was close by that needed it also. They didn't have to do that but that was very nice. we appreciate it.

    I moved here from Washington state. I asked a friend who they would recommend to pump the tank. Glad I listened. I wanted the drain field replaced given it’s age. It was a pleasure watching the replacement drain field being installed with precision and passing inspection with flying colors. The team worked well together.     Biggest issue was the failure to return my call … your team took 5 hours to located my tank I’m thankful for that I’m sure most other companies would have given up by then… but the issue was you charged me me for a tracking device that was flushed down my perfectly working toilet and still it took that many man hours the tracker failed and I’m super pregnant it and the bathroom n my room was not usable when I called to say help what can I do my husband working out of town for that entire week I was promised a call back with contact info for a reliable plumber I waited to hear from you and never got a call so I called again and still never got a call back … My toilets are not old my plumbing is not old this is your area of expertise and I was given the idea you had a solution for this outcome of the tracking device clogging the toilet and then I never got a call back so yes left me hanging without my toilet the entire weekend is why I’m saying great follow up guys The plumber I fiannly got to come a week later charged me 380 dollars to get that damn tracker out of lines … So now I want that charge refunded!

    We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied. When a septic tank’s location is unknown, we go through several steps: we ask the customer for the location, attempt to locate it manually with a probe, and contact the local Health Department for any available diagrams. As a final resort, we use a tracking device to avoid unnecessary digging. The tracking device is used to help find buried tanks and does not cause plumbing blockages. If it became lodged, it likely encountered a pre-existing obstruction in the line. When the tank cannot be located, it cannot be pumped, and that can lead to more serious and expensive issues.
