My 2nd review as a come back customer. I paid $600 for my tank to be pumped. My 2nd service was not satisfied. They came out, and only pumped through the back tank. When he took out the filter he said there's grease on it and cleaned it. Within the same day, that night, we heard gurgling sound. Next open business day, I texted them, why wasn't the first tank open, pump, inspect and clean? Becaus supposely they should cause our first service, they did. They say for me to call the person who came out and pumped it. I did.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much, we really appreciate the review.

I paid $4000 to have a holding tank installed in April14. Within weeks I notified Johnaton water was leaking into the tank. He failed to show up as promised numerous times but finally came out 3 months later to check it out until July 16. He promised he would come back the next week to fix it. I did not hear back from him until Oct 17 after I filled a small claims lawsuit against his company. He hired an attorney and I made the mistake of representing myself and I lost in court. Even though I had a video of the leak, I did not have a professional witness to verify my claim.

JC Siteworks to the Rescue! When our septic system decided to throw a surprise party (the kind no one wants to attend), JC Siteworks, and especially Trae, came through in the biggest way. From the first call, Trae was responsive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He didn’t just show up with a shovel and a shrug, he showed up with solutions, compassion, and a sense of humor that made a stressful situation actually bearable.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your detailed review. We’re pleased we were able to help and provide clear communication throughout the process. We appreciate your trust and the opportunity to assist you.

Terry writes that Jason met with him before starting to review options for placing the tank and bleeder lines at his lake lot, and ROCK says the crew handled a challenging spot on his land and everything passed inspection. Lourdes describes Trae coming out several times during a system failure, explaining each step and checking in on her guests. As Jennifer puts it, "Super fast, super friendly and super great job!"

Before You Call

Building new or replacing a failing system starts at the same spot: a percolation test on the lot itself. When you call, ask how soon a test can be scheduled, since that answer sets the timeline for everything that follows.
