We recently had an unexpected underground drainage issue on our property and called out Jack’s Septic Service based on their great local reputation. From the very first phone call, they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring during a stressful situation. They quickly assessed the site, mapped out a clear plan of action, and secured everything safely. What really impressed me was their coordinated approach. They brought in a specialized team to pinpoint the exact root cause of the problem without turning our entire lawn into a construction zone.

After several fails with another company. Working with 3 more companies that couldn’t help, Jack’s came highly recommended by all of them. First call they identified the problem. Jack’s set up all inspections with the County for us. Discussed what corrections needed made and installed a new leech field that will last for many years. Manny, Gunner, Austin, Andy are top notch people who have alot of knowledge about what they do. We appreciate them answering questions and explaining everything. Highly recommend! Thank you guys! Great experience. Andy the service man was awesome, took the time to educate me on my system. I went too long between pumps and not once was he derogatory about it or make me feel dumb. Super professional. Price was basically what I was expecting. Office staff was courteous and responsive. Gave me a service window and they arrived in that window.

They need to talk to their drivers on how to conduct themselves in public. Apparently it took to long for a child in a wheel chair to get on a school bus for their liking. So they decided to lay on the horn and when they drove by the house they gave the mother of the child the finger. Real classy.
