J & K Litton Septic Services, Inc in FL

I contacted Litton Septic Services when a competitor in the area told me I needed to replace my entire system due to it backing up. Joe came out the next day and explained exactly what the issue was and discovered that the other company didn’t do their due diligence, our system was simply clogged at the filter. The other company was out here twice and didn’t recognize this. Joe figured it out in less than a few minutes. I like that he talked me through the entire process, and I learned a lot about septic systems while he was here. Service call charge was very reasonable.

I am an Orlando area real estate agent who has used and referred J&K Litton Septic services on at least a dozen occasions. Joe and his team are experts at what they do. J&K Litton has provided services ranging from basic pump-outs, to system inspections and testing, to a full system replacement for clients of mine all over central Florida. They are extremely professional. Their advice is always honest and their pricing is more than fair. I cannot recommend them more highly to anyone in need of septic services!

Gentlemen came out and did a great job on our septic system. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, however, granted all his hard work he did here, I do think it was to much on him to being doing this job all on his own. I can see he was struggling doing the major job at this residence. Please try to ensure your men are working in teams in my opinion. Their job is very physically demanding. Other than that I would recommend this business for their dedicated work.

His wife Tammy Glynn made the most disgusting comment to me stating that "I depend on the government for food stamps." And yes, I have the screenshots. Do you all have an issue with minorities? I don't even receive food stamps, I am completely outraged. You will NEVER get my business and I will NEVER recommend you to anyone! That is disgusting and unacceptable!

DO NOT USE...In Summer of 2022, Litton took $6,500 up front for a new septic system. After hurricane Ian he was not able to put the septic system in. He was going to fully refund my money. But as of 1/23/2025 he still owes me over $4000.
